Sampaio was born in 1981, in Lisbon. In 2014 she published\u00a0her first poetry book, \u201cOs dias da corja\u201d (Do Lado Esquerdo), followed by \u201cA primeira urina da manh\u00e3\u201d (Douda Correria) in 2015 and \u201cVer no escuro\u201d (Tinta-da-China), in 2016. Since then she has collaborated in several magazines and poetry anthologies. In her spare time, she also likes to paint.
