In 1995 Liz\u00e1 Defossez Ramalho and Artur Rebelo founded R2 atelier, Porto, Portugal. They work for various cultural institutions, artists and architects, in areas such as visual identity, editorial design, posters, signage systems and exhibitions. In addition to these aspects, their work extends to curating, publishing works and building facilities. Artur accumulates studio activity with teaching at the Sciences Faculty and University of Technology Coimbra, where invited teachers. The projects developed by R2 are part of important museum collections – Mus\u00e9e des Arts D\u00e9coratifs (France), Heritage Museum (China) or Deutsches Plakat Museum (Germany); They are published\u00a0 regularly by specialty publishers and magazines; included in numerous national and international exhibitions; important awards, and in 2014 the studio was distinguished as European Design Agency of the Year by the European Design Awards.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
