Born in the neckline of the nation, between Caramulo and Estrela, \u00daria takes to the stage the blues of the D\u00e3o region Delta. From rural legend to urban legend, everything is right: half man-half gospel, fado hands and rock’n’roll feet.<\/p>\n

With a background marked by punk, rock’n’roll and low-fi aesthetics, Samuel \u00daria has gained notoriety since 2008. His “official” discography in his own name includes four LP and two EPs – “Can\u00e7\u00f5es do P\u00f3s-Guerra – solo (2021); “Can\u00e7\u00f5es do P\u00f3s-Guerra” (2020); “Marca Atroz” (2018); “Carga de Ombro” (2016); “O Grande Medo do Pequeno Mudo” (2013); and “Nem Lhe Tocava” (2009). His “unofficial” discography, associated with the FlorCaveira label, we can count two CD-Rs and an EP-R – “O Caminho Ferrovi\u00e1rio Estreito”; “Em Bruto”; and “Descondecora\u00e7\u00e3o de Samuel \u00daria”. Samuel \u00daria also collaborated in the projects “Velhas Gl\u00f3rias”, “Ninivitas” or “Maria Clementina”.<\/p>\n

Standing out among his peers for his unique use of his mother tongue, his songs can also be found in the repertoire of Ana Bacalhau, Ana Moura, Ant\u00f3nio Zambujo, Cindy Kat, Cl\u00e3, Cl\u00e1udia Pascoal, HMB, Marta Hugon or Miguel Ara\u00fajo, establishing him as the most interesting singer-songwriter of the 21st<\/sup> century.<\/p>\n
