Filipe was born in 1989 in Lisbon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHi, I’m Filipe Cerqueira, and I know a lot about a lot of things.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Filipe lives in a world of Hanna-Barbera and Looney Tunes cartoons, heroes from the 1930s, self-portraits and more recently political satire of world leaders like Trump or Sarcozy. He has already taken part in several group exhibitions, such as the trip to the Outsider <\/span>Art Fair in New York<\/span><\/i> (2020) and a solo exhibition at Galeria Abysmo in Lisbon (2016). His work is in several private collections. He is a resident artist at Cercica de Cascais and has been represented by MANIC\u00d3MIO since 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n
