Paulo Picamilho, better known as PICAMILHO, is a designer who\u00a0was born in the beautiful Alentejo region. As a graphic designer, artist and freelance illustrator, drawing is his great passion in life.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He studied in Lisbon and Paris from where he brought conceptual influences that are visible in his drawing,\u00a0typography\u00a0and serigraphy work.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Picamilho is a profound nature lover and in the middle of nowhere he can (not) often\u00a0be found wandering and reflecting. This is the state of mind he tries to transport into his work by working with recyclable material like wood, cork and carton.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

His work can be described as full of surrealist influences and ethnical elements of a self-made\u00a0dreamlike world.\u00a0To explore those unrevealed universes he uses techniques as sketching, watercolour and pointillism.<\/p>\n
