Fedor
Street Artist
Fedor is an artist born and living in the city of Porto. He began drawing and illustrating at a very young age, influenced by his grandfather’s work and by the world of comics, animation and video games. He first met graffiti in the late 90s, and shortly after he merged the Maniaks collective with Nitro and Mots.
After a few years dedicated mainly to illegal graffiti and wall of fame, he gradually expanded his skills to include gallery work, illustration and painting of large murals, having developed work for several municipalities and private clients.
It was during this period that he joined the Rua Collective, one of the most important to emerge from Porto.His chosen themes involve the representation of fauna and flora, often including animals with human characteristics, in everyday situations, often represented in a comical and ironic way. Despite his versatility when it comes to different languages, it is in the aesthetics defined by comics and traditional graffiti that he finds his identity.
