Nuno Caroço

Nuno Caroço works as a Visual Effects composer and visual artist, exploring in his personal projects the influence of transhumanism and human genetics on the mutation and transformation of flowers. He was born in Cape Verde but has adopted Lisbon as his city, where he feels the connection between the past and the present or the present and the future. He graduated in Fine Arts and Painting at ESAD CR, between 1996 and 2000, with experience in several parallel training courses in illustration and graphic animation, starting to work in the area of Visual Effects and visual manipulation, without ever forgetting his painting past, combined with digital techniques, photography, new trends and the connection of two worlds, the analog and the digital. He is passionate about vibrant colors and strong contrasts. It is in travel and time that he finds his creativity and explores everything that passes through him.
