POSTER MOSTRA®️ is a project created and developed by Labdesign.Departamento®️. We’re heading into our 11th edition and are once again giving a voice to anyone who wants to participate through two OPEN CALLS. These calls invite participants to create posters with the aim of fostering free creative and artistic expression, allowing those who participate to be featured in the exhibition in Marvila.
Each person may submit a single entry for each OPEN CALL. Everyone is eligible to participate, regardless of artistic background, age, or nationality. This year, we will select 15 winners!

OPEN CALL POSTER
The OPEN CALL POSTER follows its usual format, open to any creative work that fits the poster format, whether it be text, photography, drawing, illustration, or mixed media. From among the submissions received, 15 winners will be selected through an anonymous, blind evaluation by the jury of the POSTER MOSTRA®️ organization. These winners will join the 15 invited artists from various creative fields, who will fill the walls of Marvila.
OPEN CALL SANDEMAN
For the sixth consecutive year, POSTER MOSTRA kicks off with an extraordinary OPEN CALL, in partnership with the historic Port wine brand, Sandeman. Sandeman’s relationship with art dates back to its origins, when artists were invited to contribute to the visual universe of a brand that has always valued an innovative and sophisticated approach to its communication.
The SANDEMAN OPEN CALL challenges anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the brand’s iconographic heritage, recalling pieces, drawings, paintings, and other works that are part of our collective imagination. Seven winners will be selected to be part of the exhibition in Marvila. The jury will consist of representatives from Sandeman, the Department, and a guest artist, who will evaluate the submitted proposals anonymously and in a blind review. The evaluation criteria focus on originality, the approach to the brand’s identity, and its applicability to the poster format.
