Rodolfo Barretto is a multifaceted artist with a 28-year career spanning advertising, photography, screenwriting, and literary authorship. Born in Brazil, Rodolfo has been living in Portugal for the past three years. He is known for his innovative work across various creative fields, combining concepts, creativity, and technology to develop impactful, award-winning solutions.
As an author, Rodolfo wrote the book “Traumas and Other Things That Don’t Wash Off in the Bath”, published by RSC Editora, where he explores complex themes with depth and sensitivity. In cinema, his screenplays for short films such as “Saturnica”, “Com a Mosca Azul”, and “A Piece of You for Someone You Love” have received international recognition — with “Com a Mosca Azul” winning the Best Screenplay award at the Ibero-American Film Festival of Ceará.
In photography, Rodolfo collaborates with Getty Images Latam and Unsplash, where his photos have reached over 10 million views. He was one of 28 photographers selected for the prestigious “Present Your Brazil” exhibition at the MUBE Museum, and his work has been featured nine times as “Photo of the Day” by FWA.
Rodolfo’s creative path has also earned recognition at major global festivals such as Cannes Lions, London Awards, Effie Awards, The Global Awards, The One Show Awards, and Clio Awards, among others.
