Rodolfo Barretto is a multifaceted artist with a 29-year career spanning advertising, photography, screenwriting, and literary authorship. Born in Brazil, Rodolfo has been living in Portugal for four years. He is recognized for his innovative work across various creative fields, integrating concepts, creativity, and technology to develop impactful and award-winning solutions. As an author, Rodolfo wrote the book “Traumas e Outras Coisas Que Não Saem no Banho” (Traumas and Other Things That Don’t Wash Away in the Shower), published by RSC Editora, in which he addresses complex themes with depth and sensitivity. In film, his screenplays for short films such as “Satúrnica,” “Com a Mosca Azul,” and “Um Pedaço Seu Por Alguém Que Você Ama” have garnered international recognition, with “Com a Mosca Azul” receiving the Best Screenplay award at the Ibero-American Film Festival of Ceará. In photography, Rodolfo collaborates with Getty Images Latam and Unsplash, having reached 11 million views on his photos. He was one of 28 photographers selected for the prestigious exhibition “Apresente Seu Brasil” at the Mube Museum, and his work has been featured nine times as “Photo of the Day” by FWA.
Rodolfo’s career has also been recognized at prestigious international festivals, including Cannes Lions, the London Awards, the Effie Awards, The Global Awards, The One Show Awards, and the Clio Awards, among others.
